Promotions and Gift Certificates

+1 Promotion is allowed per $1,000 spent on each Contracted date. If you book $2,000 in services for one event, you can apply 2 promotions to you’re contract.

+Gift Certificates hold no cash value and expire 1 year from the date of the raffle, event or fundraiser

+Gift Certificates are ONLY good for the services listed on the certificate.

+NO logos, photos or media content is to be used for any promotional purpose for any event, fundraiser, raffle or press use without the approval of our President and Founder. Specific text listings on T shirts, Programs or websites must be approved to protect the brand, reputation of our Founder and the integrity of our employees, vendors, partners, entertainers and DJs.

+All fundraisers or non profit events who want the most affordable entertainment possible is required to pay a minimum fee of $50 to cover gas, insurance, wear and tear on equipment, batteries for microphones, marketing, contract and legal costs. A standard contract must be filled out and signed.

+We are NOT able or required to provide certain entertainers, DJs or staff to work non profit events or fundraisers at the $50 price. We are permitted to decline any opportunities requiring a large donation or investment, if the event has not been booked more than 6 months in advance.

+Rescheduling your services on a ”CREDIT” basis must be discussed on the date of original event or within 7 days after event date. CREDIT is good for 1 calendar year from the original event date.

 

Tips for Booking Event Services or Entertainment

#1—Review many websites and compare companies before contacting them for a price or to book. Have a general sense of what you want to spend.

#2—Note that entertainment and event services can get booked up fast. Some companies book up 6 months in advance and others 1 year in advance. If you’re date is popular, it will be hard to get a good deal 3 weeks before the date or the services just won’t be available.

#3—Groupon and other ”deal” services may be too good to be true. Read the fine print before purchasing. You may find out that the $200 photo booth doesn’t include an album, flash drive or props. For $300 you get everything with us and wouldn’t have to be stressed out. There is nothing worse than getting a good deal but not getting what you want the day of your event.

#4—If a company does NOT have a website, no reviews, is NOT insured and you can’t get a contract, RUN the other way. Those are just a few signs of unprofessional entertainers, hobbyists, and companies that don’t have business ethics to run a ”legit and legal” business.

#5—Please don’t request a contract and never send it back or wait 2 weeks to call or email us telling us you went with someone else. Once the contract is sent, we allow about 7 days to receive it back and a deposit. We have held your date and taken your word that you have agreed to booking us. If we don’t hear back, we don’t know if there is a medical issue, family problem, or approval of funds from the treasurer. Please keep us updated, its is respectful and allows us to help you create an amazing event.
